Tequila Sunrise is a 2000 filly out of Chavez, a lovely moving thoroughbred mare from the Northern Dancer line.  Her sire, Val Blanc, is a Dutch Warmblood stallion well known in the Houston, Texas area for his outstanding offspring quite talented in the Dressage arena.  Imprinted at birth, Tequila is green broke since the summer of 2003 and has been consistently ridden by an amateur for the last two years.  She is currently being professionally trained.   This short coupled young horse with a medium size stride is very uncomplicated and eager to learn.
